Replacement Services Policy
You can require replacement services within seven days in following conditions:
1.The model or appearance of the product is found to be incorrect with you purchased;
2.The product cannot properly function under the instruction or the guidance of the technician or is malfunctioning due to non-artificial reasons without being used;
3.There are obvious manufacturing defects on product when the product is checked;
4.The product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects;
Repair Services Policy
You can request Repair Services:
1.Within one year from the date of purchase, the product is malfunctioning due to non-artificial reasons;
2.Damage not caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, installation or other human factors;
3.You need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number;
